This is so simple it barely qualifies as a recipe. Rotisserie Pork Loin, the perfect summer dish.
Ingredients:
12 oz beer (dark preferred)
12 oz water
garlic powder
salt
pepper
pork loin roast (sized for servings)
Directions:
1. Rub the roast with Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste.
2. Place in a glass dish, cover and marinate overnight.
3. Next day, skewer the roast, preheat the grill, sear roast on the grill grate.
4. Turn off the main burners and light the rotisserie burner.
5. Put beer and water in baking pan to catch drippings.
6. Baste frequently with the drippings.
7. Cook on rotisserie until well done. Medium High heat until a meat thermometer says it's 155 degrees in the middle.
