Rotini with Beef and Vegetables

Try it with grilled green and red peppers.
Ingredients:
2 (500 ml) cups rotini pasta
1 (250 ml) cup broccoli florets
2 medium carrots, sliced
3/4 lb ground beef
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. In large saucepan, cook rotini according to package directions.
2. Add broccoli and carrots for last 5 minutes of cooking time.
3. Drain.
4. Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown beef.
5. Pour off fat.
6. Stir in soup, milk and mustard.
7. Bring to boil.
8. Add rotini, vegetables and cheese.
9. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
