A mouthwatering rotini salad with a tangy italian flavor.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb rotini pasta
2 medium firm tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper (color of your choice) chopped
1/4 cup green onions chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup of your favorite italian salad dressing (hi cal, lo cal, homemade as long as you like it)
1/2 cup diced carrots (i prefer shredded here)
1/2 cup cucumbers chopped
1/4 cup pepperoni chopped
1/4 cup smoked ham chopped
1 clove garlic minced fine
Directions:
1. Prepare rotini according to directions on package, drain and let cool a bit
2. combine rotini with remaining ingredients
3. chill
4. toss before serving
