This is creamy and spicy. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package pasterized processed cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies |
Directions:
1. Blend cheese and tomatoes in a medium saucepan. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. 3. Serve warm as dip with corn chips or crackers. |
