Rosemary White Bean Mash

This is delicious served with lamb, or eaten as a dip, or spread on toasted sourdough.
Ingredients:
400 g haricot beans or 400 g cannellini beans
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 lemon, juice of
1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add garlic for a few minutes.
2. Add the rest of ingredients and warm over a low heat.
3. Add remaining oil and mash beans with the back of a fork.
4. Season well before serving.
