Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon ground rosemary
1 -2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 cups walnut halves
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300ºF.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet.
3. Add remaining ingredients and sauté walnuts 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
4. Pour walnuts into an oven roasting pan.
5. Bake 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
