Rosemary-Garlic Pumpkin Seeds

Don't throw out the seeds when carving your jack o' lanterns! They make a delicious salty snack when roasted with herbs & spices.
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 275ยบ.
2. Toss the pumpkin seeds with olive oil and the spices.
3. Spread the pumpkin seeds in a even layer on a rimmed baking sheet & roast for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until golden brown.
