5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. I like this recipe because it's flavorful and can be added as a side dish to any breakfast! I created it one morning with things I had on hand in my cupboard.
Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) bag simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato
1 tablespoon rosemary
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 dash black pepper
Directions:
1. 1. Place olive oil in pan, add Simply Potato Diced Potato with Onion and saute on medium heat.
2. 2. Add Rosemary, Black Pepper, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes, turn heat on low and stir frequently until potatoes are soft.
3. 3. Enjoy!
