I love Roquefort dressing, but have never really found a bottled brand that I like. This is wonderful! Hope you like it. Be sure to use a real mayonnaise rather than Miracle Whip for this one. Ingredients:
1 pint sour cream |
2 tablespoons white vinegar |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
6 ounces roquefort cheese |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, garlic powder and celery salt. Crumble cheese to desired fineness and whisk into dressing.
