From the child's section of the newspaper, a super easy hummus dip that whips up in minutes.
Ingredients:
2 cups canned chick-peas
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. 1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
2. 2. Refrigerate for a couple hours to let the flavors blend, but really is great right from the get-go.
