Rons Tybee Island Sausage Pie

Great tasting sausage pie. Great for brunch or anytime.
Ingredients:
1lb. ground sausage
1/3c chopped onion
1tbs butter
3/4c milk
1(3oz) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1c shreaded chedder cheese
1/2tsp worcestershir sauce
1/2tsp salt(use less if sausage is salty)
1/8tsp pepper
1(9 ) deep-dish pie,patially baked and cooled
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375
2. In a heavy skillet over med. heat,crumble sausage with a fork. Saute the sausage until completely cooked. Drain off the fat,remove the sausage,and set aside. Meltbutter in another skillet over med. heat. Saute the onions in the butter till tender. Add the milk and heat till steam rises,but do not boil the milk. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces,add to onion mixture,and remove he pan from the heat. In a large bowl,beat the eggs,then add the cheddar,the onion mixture,the Worcestershire,salt,and pepper. Mix thoroughly and pour this into the piecrust. Top with cooked sausage,and bake for 30 mins. or till set.
