Romantic Honey Sauce

A sweet sauce from Isabel Allende's book Aphrodite.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 cup water

1/2 cup honey

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated

Directions:

1. Dissolve cornstarch in cool water.
2. Add the honey, butter and lemon zest. Cook over low heat.
3. Beat until a smooth sauce is formed.
