Romancing The Bowl Salad

Perfect salad for a night of romance... chock full of natural aphrodisiacs, plus it's light and refreshing.
Ingredients:
4 cups baby salad greens
1 carrot, peeled and sliced thin or julienned
2 green onions, chopped
6 strawberries, hulled and sliced thinly
12 fresh raspberries
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup seasoned almond slices
1/4 cup dried currants
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced into thin wedges
1/2 cup seasoned croutons
1/2 cup herbed vinaigrette salad dressing, or to taste (try the new spray spritzer balsamic vinaigrettes.... awesome)
Directions:
1. Steam asparagus until cooked crispy, removed and place in an ice water bath. Once cooled, drain and pat dry. Slice diagonally into 1-1/2 inch sections. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, toss together the salad greens, carrot, green onions, strawberries, raspberries, garlic, walnuts, almond slices, currants, asparagus, and feta cheese.
3. Divide between two salad bowls.
4. Place avocado wedges in each salad bowl.
5. Top each bowl with some croutons and serve with vinaigrette dressing.
6. Best when served at or near room temp.
