1/4 cup dried rose petals or 3/4 cup fresh rose petals
1 cup sugar
1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
2 quarts ice
4 cups sparkling water or 4 cups club soda
Directions:
1. pour boiling water over the rose petals. 2. let it steep for 10 minuites. 3. strain the liquide in to a pitcher and throw away the rest. 4. stir in the sugar & lemon juice & continue stirring until the sugar is dissolved. 5. put a few fresh petals in the pitcher & fill with ice. 6. finally pour in the sparkling water.
