Delicious spice pumpkin bran muffins, even skinny people will eat.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup bran flakes
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup raisins
1 cup pumpkin
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients and raisins. Add pumpkin, eggs, and yogurt. Mix thoroughly. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
