Serving size depends on how many veggies you use. I just do this to get rid of what I have
Ingredients:
any veggies you have on hand. i used
sweet potatoes
onion
cloves of garlic
turnips
parsnips
carrots sticks
celery sticks
olive oil
rosemary
thyme
Directions:
1. Try to cut veggies the same size for even cooking
2. I put mine in a deep frying pan
3. Sprinkle with oil
4. Sprinkle with spices
5. Toss to coat
6. place in oven uncovered
7. Oven temp : 425
8. No salt or pepper was even needed
9. I felt like I was really being bad eating this cause of the flavors and sweetness that was created
