Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 onion, quartered
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup plain hemp milk
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Place broccoli, onion, and garlic on prepared baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
2. Transfer to blender. Add broth and milk and process until smooth.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
