2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
2 tablespoons skim milk
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
dash of pepper
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup (1-inch) pieces green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves, minced

1 medium onion (about 8 ounces), cut into 8 wedges
vegetable cooking spray
1 (7-inch) pita bread round, halved
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well, and set aside.
