Roasted Turnips With Parmesan

Yummy roasted turnips with a cheesy taste.
Ingredients:
2 lbs turnips (about 4 med),peeled and cut into 1/2 wedges
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tb extra virgin olive oil
coarse salt and ground pepper
1/4 c grated parmessan cheese (1/2 oz)
chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 475'. On a rimmed baking sheet,combine turnips,cayenne pepper, nutmeg and oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss well to combine.
2. Sprinkle with Parmesan and toss gently to combine.
3. Arrange turnips in a single layer and roast till golden on both sides,25 to 30 mins,flipping halfway through. Sprinkle with parsley
