Roasted Shallot Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:
4 large shallots, peeled
4 garlic cloves
1 cup plain yogurt
5 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 pinch cayenne
Directions:
1. Place shallots and garlic on baking sheet and roast at 375 for 15 minutes. Let cool slightly.
2. In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings.
