Ingredients:
1 lb frozen shelled edamame, thawed
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine edamame, salt, pepper and oil. Spread in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
2. Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes until crisp and dry. Let cool in pan.
3. Store in airtight container.
