2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450°F. 2. Grease a jelly roll pan (15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch). 3. Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces. 4. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. 5. Add potatoes and toss to coat. 6. Spread potatoes in a single layer in the pan. 7. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes until they are light brown.
