Roasted Red Skins

Ingredients:
15-20 red skin potatoes
1/3 cup(s) olive oil
1 envelope(s) french onion soup mix
Directions:
1. Clean red skins, and cut/slice/chop in to chunks. Add all potatoes to a large ziploc bag, add oil, onion soup mixture and toss the bag! Once potatoes are well coated put on to a sprayed cookie sheet. Put in 450 oven for 40 minutes, flip part way through.
