Roasted Red Potatoes With Bacon And Cheese

Simple potato dish. I had a bottle of ranch I didn't care for on my salads and put this together
Ingredients:
1/2 cup light ranch dressing
1/2 cup 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon or bacon bits
2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. chives
Directions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix dressing, cheese and bacon bits in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss lightly.
2. SPOON into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with foil.
3. BAKE 40 min. Remove foil; bake an additional 15 min. or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley and chives.
