Easy potatoes for any dish, they look very pretty next to something lavish like filet migon or lobster!
Ingredients:
12 small red potatoes (can sub. russet)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. ground mustard seed
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Dice potatoes into cubes or wedges.
3. Toss potatoes with all ingredients.
4. Place potatoes single layer on cookie sheet, greased.
5. Roast potatoes 40-45 mins, testing for doneness, should be brown.
