I have not tried this recipe. I got this from Tops Market courtesy of 3-A-Day Of Dairy.
Ingredients:
12 ounces roasted red peppers, drained
2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
4 ounces chopped green chilies, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
1. Puree red peppers in food processor or blender.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix until blended and refrigerate.
3. Serve with assorted cut vegetables or pita wedges.
