Quick, simple and tasty sauce. I use this as one of the sauces for my crab cakes, but it would go wonderfully with any fried seafood. Also can be spread on hamburgers (or veggie burgers!) for something a little different that just plain old ketchup and mustard.
Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) jar roasted red peppers
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
