Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

This hummus is so easy to make, you'll wonder why you buy store bought. Throw it all in the FP and give it a whirl and you're done. So tasty, a little spicy, great with toasted pita wedges or corn chips.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounces) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (6 ounces) jar roasted red peppers
3 tbs lemon juice
1 1/2 tbs tahini or toasted sesame oil, either is fine
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (more if you like)
1/4 tsp salt
splash of lime juice, to taste
Directions:
1. Put all of your ingredients in a food processor or blender, and pulse or blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
