Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Serve this as a dip or as a spread. It is low fat and very healthy. Serve with crackers, small pitas or vegetables. I do not have tahini in mine but feel free to add some or 1 Tablespoon low fat peanut butter.
Ingredients:
15 ounces chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 cup roasted red pepper, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Add chick peas to processor and puree.
2. Add roasted pepper and remaining ingredients.
3. Puree until smooth.
4. Refrigerate.
5. Serve with cracker,small pitas, vegetables.
