Ingredients:
365 g garbanzo beans, chopped
135 g sweet red pepper, roasted, chopped
55 g garlic, roasted, chopped
1/4 c minced garlic
2/3 c tahini
1/4 c lime juice, fresh squeezed
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Chop up what needs to be chopped.
2. Squeeze citrus that needs to be squeezed.
3. Mix them all together in a large mixing bowl then refrigerate.
4. Use for sandwich spread or for dip.
