Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Spread

Ingredients:
1 16 oz can roasted red peppers, drained
1 lb goat cheese
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
pinch of sugar
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Put peppers into work bowl of a process bowl and puree. Add all other ingredients and pulse until combined. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
