Ingredients:
1/2 cup vertically sliced red onion
1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon hungarian sweet paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, and cut into thin strips
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss salad well.
