Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste
2 cups pecans
Directions:
1. Melt unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne. Pour this mixture over 2 cups pecans, tossing to coat them. Bake the nuts on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until nuts are beginning to brown. Remove immediately to drain on paper towels.
