I love salmon, and when I found this recipe on msn health I just had to try it. Its really good, although I modified a little bit from the original to suit my tastes. Ingredients:
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets (about) |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
3 teaspoons chopped pecans |
lemon wedge |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. 2. Place skin side down on baking sheet. 3. Combine mustard and honey, brush on top of salmon. 4. Mix topping of breadcrumbs, nuts, and parsley and sprinkle over salmon. 5. Bake at 400 degrees 10-15 minutes or until flaky. 6. Serve with wedges of fresh lemon. |
