Roasted Garlic Teeny Tiny Potatoes |

I just tweaked the recipe to make it my own ;-). Ingredients:
1 mesh bag of teeny tiny potatoes washed and dried |
2 whole heads of garlic with tops cut off |
salt & pepper |
paprika |
fresh sprig of oregano |
foil |
extra virgin olive oil |
sheet pan |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F 2. drizzle evoo ontop of garlic 3. sprinkle with Salt and pepper 4. wrap in foil, put into oven 5. cover pan with foil and drizzle with evoo 6. shake potatoes around in oil to cover 7. sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and fresh oregano 8. bake in over for 30 mins or until tender 9. squeeze garlic out of heads and mash in a bowl 10. transfer potatoes into bowl with garlic and coat pots. 11. SO easy and SO YUMMY!!! |
