Easy hummus.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
2 tablespoons roasted garlic
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in food processor until reaches desired consistency. If too thick, add oil or reserved bean liquid 1/2 tsp at a time.
