no yolk aioli, tofu based
Ingredients:
60 g roasted garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 lb firm tofu, drained
2 t lemon juice
2 t dijon mustard
1 t brown rice syrup
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender on high until the tofu has completely integrated into the sauce.
