Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce

Goes great with fettuccine noodles, chicken, and veggies. The garlic paste is sold in tubes or jars in most well stocked groceries.
Ingredients:
1 quart heavy cream
1/4 cup roasted garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Combine the cream, garlic paste, black pepper, and 2 tbsp parsley in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve the garlic paste. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Sprinkle the salt and parmesan into the sauce. Stir until sauce is blended and thickened, 1-2 minutes. Serve over hot pasta.
