Garlic has been used through the ages for its alternative medicine properties, helping to prevent heart disease, stroke and hypertention, amoung many other ailments. Roast your own garlic a couple of times a week, and then keep it in the fridge for at least 3-4 days for whenever you want to dress up a meal or side dish. Read more . Or enjoy all by it's self!
Ingredients:
garlic heads
'as many as desired
choose organic if possible
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Wrap garlic heads in parchment paper
3. Place in oven for about 45 minutes.
