Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups diced (1/2 in.) firm-ripe peeled bosc pears
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl, mix pears, cranberries, sugar, cinnamon stick, and 1/4 cup water. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet and roast, stirring occasionally, until the berries have popped and the juices have thickened, about 40 minutes. Chill until cool, covered.
