Each serving is 1/4 cup. This recipe came from The Best Way To Cook A Pulses: Beans-Peas-Lentils. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chickpeas or 28 ounces chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 cup spices (cajun, curry, garlic etc)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 (200C).
2. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and spread onto parchment paper or greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 30 minutes. Stir.
4. Bake another 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
