Roasted Chicken Salad with Grapes

6 one oz. servings roasted chicken, skin and bone removed with grapes, mayo, and roasting herbs ..DELISH!
Ingredients:
5 oz. chicken leg, meat only, cooked, roasted
5 tbsp. light mayo
1/3 cup onion
1/3 cup celery
12 red seedless grapes
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
Directions:
1. pull aside a piece of chicken the next time you roast one. I used the leg quarter.
2. tear all of the meat off the bone.
3. discard the bone and the skin.
4. chop celery and onion to a fine dice
5. coarsely chop the grapes (i try to quarter them as best i can)
6. add wet ingredients
7. add herbs and seasonings to taste
