Roasted Chicken, Cheddar and Bacon Tacos

Ingredients:
2 cups diced roasted chicken, warmed
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
8 flour tortillas, skillet-warmed (6-8 inch diameter)
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
2 cups shredded lettuce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 lime, juice of
Directions:
1. Mexican White Sauce: in a small bowl, combine mayo, yogurt, and lime juice; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for up to 24 hours.
2. Tacos: in a large bowl, combine warm chicken and salt.
3. To build tacos, divide chicken evenly among tortillas.
4. Top with cheese, bacon, and lettuce.
5. Drizzle with Mexican White Sauce; fold tortillas in half.
