Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
2 lbs cauliflower, trimmed to 1 inch florets
2/3 cup onion, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
chives (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. In a large bowl toss cauliflower, onion, soy, olive oil and garlic until evenly mixed.
3. Spread on silpat lined pan.
4. Roast 35 minutes or until tender and browned, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve and garnish with chive.
