Roasted Carrots

Carrots don't have to be boring. Even my grand-kids like this vegetable.
Ingredients:
1 lb small whole carrots
2 cups water
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
Directions:
1. Cook the carrots in water, sugar and salt until tender
2. Drain and cool.
3. Dip the carrots in the melted butter then into crumbs
4. Place on a greased baking tray.
5. Bake at 350F for about 10 or 12 minutes.
