1/2 cup(s) diced apple
8 ounce(s) brussels sprouts trimmed & quartered
2 tablespoon(s) apple cider
2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) minced fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine apple and Brussels sprouts in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Add apple cider, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper; toss well. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or until sprouts are tender.
