I hate radishes, but had to try this and guess what they were yummy!! And only 51 calories a serving 1/2 cup
Ingredients:
20 ounces of radishes sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons butter cut into little pieces
1 cube ice
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Put above in foil and seal and cook in oven for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until tender and then put under broiler for 5-10 minutes
