Roasted Broccoli with Garlic and Red Pepper

1 serving = 2 cups of broccoli
Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds broccoli florets
3 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. dried crushed red pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Toss broccoli and 3 tablespoons of olive oil in large bowl to coat.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. Place on rimmed baking sheet
5. Roast 15 minutes
6. Stir remaining olive oil and garlic and red pepper in small bowl.
7. Drizzle mixture over broccoli
8. Roast until broccoli is beginning to brown, about 8 minutes longer.
