Another way to use up leftover buttermilk... There were no quantities with this recipe when we found it, so we just guessed.
Ingredients:
baby potatoes
olive oil
salt
pepper
buttermilk
mayonnaise
rosemary, fresh, chopped
Directions:
1. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast until tender.
2. Combine buttermilk with mayonnaise and rosemary and season to taste.
3. Serve potatoes with the dipping sauce on the side.
