Easy and delicious side dish with an Indian flavor.
Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped and toasted
Directions:
1. Roast asparagus.
2. Meanwhile, melt butter in pan until browned.
3. Add garam masala and salt.
4. Drizzle butter over asparagus on platter.
5. Top with toasted nuts to serve.
